Well at least I thought it was mad random. It turns out, though, that the acclaimed director behind Se7en, Fight Club & (the vastly underrated) The Game is a huge Mac-head (or whatever you call it) too. Fincher took some time out of his successful film career to direct "Break In," a relatively clever commercial that, most importantly, marks the debut television appearance of the gorgeous iPhone 3GS, the phone that mysteriously looks identical to my current iPhone but that I would literally murder someone for right now.

Just a great take on those NBA Playoff commercials...cheap laughs? Maybe. But brilliant? Definitely.
(Plus, I had no idea Eddie House's headband did a full rotation on his head until I watched it in slo-mo here, so this is definitely worth a watch if only for that)
