M to the A, playa dolla sign E!!!! His comeback has been all but confirmed, and, sadly, as a result, life just got that much better for me…until he goes back to church after these two songs flop (d/l links below):
Master of Ceremonies or Pastor of Ceremonies?
Drake - Best I Ever Had (remix feat. Ma$e)
Harry O - Uptown Boy (remix feat. Ron Brownz & Mase)
Also, for good measure, here’s a picture of Mase with a tiger; now see how tough and ghetto he is G-Unit?!!

The new single, "Love Lockdown," is set to hit iTunes "any minute now," and rumor has it that this announcement conveniently coinciding with Kanye's performance to close the VMA's on Sunday is no accident and that we'll probably hear it for the first time that night. Yes, I am gay for Kanye; I don't care.
UPDATE [9/10]: As so boldly predicted by Blogbdon, Ye' closed out the VMA's on Sunday evening with "Love Lockdown," the first single off of his upcoming album and a song he has since called his "favorite song 2 date." More importantly, the aforementioned new Kanye album, entitled "808's & Heartbreak," ...
I will admit that I, probably not unlike yourself right now, was a bit skeptical when I first encountered a blog claiming to have uncovered the douchiest phone message in history. But now, having now listened to it myself, I can assure you that this is just that: the absolute douchiest message in the history of this here universe. It is also one of the most quotable, altogether funny things I have seen in a long time.
You can listen to the message below (ignore the lame slideshow that someone made to put it on youtube), immediately after a short synopsis ...
Just a few weeks ago I posted a final-exams-limited offering entitled "Jonah Hill Day." In it, I posted a video of Yeezy playing Connect 4 with Mr. Hill to which I had taken a particular liking because of a song Kanye plays in the background. At the time I mentioned that:
"the song Kanye puts on in the background is maybe the best song ever, and you’re probably wondering what it is. It’s his own remix of Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop,” and it’s sick as hell. I’ll try to get an illegal link to it soon."
Well, "soon" apparently meant 25 ...
Basing this new series of posts on my reputation at finding new/good music, the likes of which remain undiscovered by popular culture until a few years later when they become the new Maroon 5 (i.e. Jason Mraz, Dispatch, Guster, um O.A.R., the Beatles, etc.), I figured it was about time that I give back to you all, so that you can see how it feels to flash that "sick-new-song feeling" all over town.
THIS WEEK'S JAM: Lil Wayne (feat. T-Pain) - Got Money

Ok, so for a while there, especially after Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, there was a lot of talk about Big Boi being the superior MC in hip-hop's best group. Now don't get me wrong; Mr. Fat Sacks is one of the best rappers in the game. But Andre 3000 is one of the best of all time, as he's shown through every single one of Outkast's classics. Admittedly, though, it seemed like he was focusing his talents on other forms of entertainment. But just when it seemed like Dre's career had gone the way of depression-era concept albums, shitty Hollywood sequels and children's ...
Due to "final exams," I have to somehow not play with the "internet" all the time, nor post to my blog, if I want to "graduate law school." So, in the interest of achieving said J.D. degree, today's is a simple offering, though a swell one. It's two videos of my boy Jonah Hill.

Oh yeah, and obviously the song Kanye puts on in the background is maybe the best song ever, and you're probably wondering what it is. It's his own remix ...
Remember this? That Jerky Boys prank call where the Indian guy is yelling at his "neighbor" and telling him that he kicked his dog? Well, if not, listen to it now; the link is below.
If you have heard it before, trust me: somehow it popped into my head tonight, so I found it online and then listened to it expecting to be let down but it is still freaking hysterical.

One of the best rappers of our time, and I had almost completely forgotten about him since his days of popularity in my fraternity house. But since most people have already heard of him, just check out Ill Mitch's website to get reacquainted.
