City of White

A really sick article about Bluefields in Nicaragua: a city whose economy depends almost entirely on 35 kilo sacks that wash up on shore every week.

Oh yeah, and the sacks come from nearby Columbia, have been thrown overboard by drug traffickers fleeing local authorities, and each sack carried into the Nicaraguan waters is worth $122,500.
